I can't believe you didn't show us the bars! I was fascinated by your confidence in mixing the two colors in the pot. I really wanted to see how it turned out.

Cutting the bars is at the heart of every soap makers desire to watch a video. Wish you would have cut them for us here.

Hello Beth ! I want to know what to do with 8 lbs of a bad batch that really turned out to be more of a fat base cocoabutter than soap / lye base because my scale mal-functioned and I added to much shea butter. How much lye, and water is reccomended?

What is a good amount of sodium lactate would you add to make it more fluid...???
@JenSpice6 жыл бұрын
I use 2 T. per pound. Yogurt contains lactic acid and that works well too.

i would like to know how many times can i rebatch a batch of soaps. i created one batch im sure i can fix it in a rebatch i have watched many of your videos on rebatching and what can o do with giserine that weaps from my soaps i figured out tht i was lye shy and that my oils were not so pure as the lable stated 100%olive did contain a soy oil without a persentage therefore i ended up with a lot of top layer of jell ive recooked it twice an each time it see to do better in the mold, am i totally off base in even trying to save my soaps that fail.
