This video presents the 150 words of the list of vocabulary required for the HSK test level 2. These words are the most common Chinese ones, after the ones from level 1.
Discover for each word its hanzi writing (chinese characters), then its pronunciation, followed by the pinyin version and the translation in English.
You just need 10 minutes to review the whole list.
The video behaves like a dock of flashcards. You have a little moment before the pronunciation to try to remember how to pronounce the word, and what it means.
For more practice of the HSK test of level 2, or for any other one, visit www.hsk.academy and select your level.

I just started trying something new. Go through a list of hanzi until you find one you don't know or aren't 100% on. Look it up, then start from the beginning. Repeat until you make it all the way through.

Az4212 knowledge thirsty Obviously, this post is a year ago and I’m not leaving this with the hopes of someone responding. More to help anyone who comes across this in the future. Yes, this video uses simplified. However, traditional mandarin characters is used in Taiwan and Hong Kong. And of course if you want I read anything before the relatively recent (historically speaking) simplification if Chinese and it hasn’t been transcribed into simplified you’d need it there as well. Point is traditional is still used by many people. And can even come in handy even if you are just in mainland China. I’m not saying traditional is better or anything (because I’m a foreigner that doesn’t care either way) but traditional has its uses.

i would say no only because the hsk is about grammar, speaking, writing and listening. You have to be really solid in all these areas at a more advanced level than a beginner, not just good at vocab. Work on the other three things until you're able to write an essay, know all the grammars for L2 and know how to hold a 5-10 (?) minute conversation, then i think you should be ok to test at that level :)

It's "clear," often used when talking about clear skies; 晴天。 While "please" in Mandarin would be 请,for example: 请问 (may I ask). In Mandarin, many words will sound very similar and are determined by its tone, while some may even be the exact same pronunciation. You can tell the difference by its character and the context it's used. It is similar to words in English, like bat and bat.
