After these years I'm waiting for htc come back

I fell in so much love with this phone that i sold my 2 week old samsung galaxy s5 and switched to rogers from fido bcoz fido doesnt have htc m8. Now i got a brand new 32gb gunmetal grey from rogers which i am loving it. It is such a amazing phone it has everything..power.design big screen nice 1080p screen and everything else.

pretty cool, duo Camera...i'd like HTC one camera better than others..that's why i never changed phone since 1st 4G come out 2011. M7 is my 2nd phone. HTC one have more fun in camera, better quality..i have to use to my m7 just for 4 months, not now for upgrade to m8 yet..perhaps end of this year..

Sorry HTC but from everything I've seen so far, in my opinion as a long term One user the only *real* improvements over the previous One are the memory card expansion, the new camera interface, the pedometer-like motion processor, the volume button redesign and the... metal sides (oh, and the colour themes). But that's about it - pretty much trivial against the several (and serious!) drawbacks. This camera feature seems like a gimmick (I can already focus wherever I want with my own One, and I give almost *zero* practical value to having an extra camera - you could at least have bumped up the number of "ultrapixels"), I just read the hardware optical image stabilisation is gone (!!!!), the screen might be too big for some people (it was the perfect balance between not-too-big and not-too-small), it has exactly the same resolution as the old one, the hardware specs (CPU-GPU-speakers-battery etc) are not such a big improvement, and the screen area is actually *limited* by the extra buttons that are no longer outside the screen... Plus, the two buttons of the previous One (home and back) had simplicity, functionality and elegance that you can't find with the traditional three. It's a pity to see a rather missed chance to make the new One a home run, but nevertheless I wish HTC the very best! (Meanwhile, I will very gladly stick to my own One that works almost flawlessly...)

I don't know.. a whole other camera (instead of image stabilization too as I read in the comments below) just for some crappy effects and focus changes, seems to be a waste to me. Unless it has some use for actually making the image quality better.. I think they should've just focused on improving the main camera.

DANGET HTC!!! WHYYYY!?! WHYYYYY?!? Seriously.. you literally JUST made THE BEST phone.. that NOBODY is going to buy (statistically speaking, not literally). 4 megapixels, and DONT give us that "ultrapixel" bull crap. This is 2014, where even Apple is getting teased for putting out 8 megapixel cameras on their phones.. and that is Apple. You guys DO NOT have the luxury of a gargantuan fanbase that will buy your crap regardless of how mediocre one key feature is. That said, Apples 8MP camera is lightyears past your 4 ultrapixel camera. Sony phones (20MP), Samsung (16MP), LG (13MP), then you.. FOUR MP. What makes this so much worse.. is that your phone is friggin AMAZING if somehow you didn't know about the rear camera. BOOM Sound! 5MP front facer (which is actually insane, nobodys doing that)! You added the internal storage everyone was clamoring for last year! Better battery! Great feeling in the hand due to the metal! But you had to screw up the camera. The one thing that could literally make or break you. Nobody gives a crap about ur duo camera, or the NOISY low-light photos. You done f'd it up! Once again. Bring out an IDENTICAL phone called the HTC One+ with a 8 ultrapixel camera or a 13+MP camera.. and I will literally THROW my current phone at a brick wall and throw my money in your face! Until that day.. you will continue to disappoint.

Please HTC don't add more cameras, just increase the ultrapixel... M7 is crying about the poor M8 design, mainly the black color. Sry my bad english...

pfffffffffff is that all you got htc? buahahaha photo editor and a mediocre camera? two speakers which we mostly don't use? have u ever imagined that we use headphones to listen to music on the go?

HTC does not honor their warranty. Avoid this company and their products!
