I find this interview so interesting and very helpful for me, I'm from Brazil and I am a Hospitality & Tourism student here, I've learned few things only in this interview that certainly will be very helpful for me in my future professional career! thanks for uploading this video.

I liked absolutely everything, especially the pronunciation and professionalism of HR manager, but the thing I can not agree to the end is the interview question: Why do you want to work with us? - The question is very tricky, especially for graduates, because their main goal is to find more or less descent work with a high salary. Therefore, from my point of view both sides are cheating in that moment, as you can't know the philosophy and culture of the organization unless you start working there.

Hotel school degree is not necessary as long as you're passionate. I've worked my way up from F&B/cleaning to receptionist and later human resources.. Today, these requirements sounds very outdated to me.
