There were a lot topless westerner at popular beach Pattaya, Huahin etc. when i was a child and always peek on them.

Nice video, if you turned left as you got to the beach there are places to get drinks and food as well as sun beds. Another hundred yards from where ended the video is a place with beds and food etc. Personally prefer Market Village to BluPort, more choice, I've lived in Hua Hin for over 2 years and love it, I lved for a year in the first condo block you showed as you walked down the soi to the beach it's called Mykonos condo. If you walk to the end of the beach to the hill in the distance you'll see a tall Buddah and plenty of monkeys. Look forward to future videos as you settle in Hua Hin

Thanks thats great advice. I was sure they had to have some areas to eat so on your advice we will trek down there perhaps this week to see what we find! Hua Hin do far seems a great place to live! Can't wait to meet more people!

How's the air quality? As clean as in Spain?

Anecdotally the air quality is roughly the same. If I was to look at the official air quality index its "moderate" which was probably the same as Valencia so all good so far! Only coughing is coming from the spicy food!
