The beginning video You're in color but everything else is black and white how did you do that? Also do you know what's better for low-light p30 pro or Google pixel night sight?

This is an amazing comparison. There is no clear winner but I preferred the Pixel in most scenes. The Pixel creates a more pleasant image most of the time but when the Mate is better, IT IS BETTER. Overall, I'd take the Pixel though, but that Mate 20 is killing the competition as an overall smartphone.

WOW these two camera systems are great. In some situations the mate 20 pro may squeeze more options out of it´s cameras to get the shot you would like and that is why i think the Huawei phone is a bit better. But damn Google did an amazing job.

for photos, pixel got better color reproduction but huawei was better at capturing details and better in low light.. video was equal during daylight between these two. but i prefer mate20 vid in low light. overall i think mate 20 is better than pixel 3

Nice vid! To me, it seems that the Pixel 3 is better for daytime shots and tends to be seemingly more color accurate as well, while the Mate 20 Pro wins out for night shots. But Pixel 3 has a shitty battery and I'm not big on its looks either, while the Mate 20 Pro has no VoLTE in U.S., so no access to T-Mobile's Band 12 during calls (only for data), and also no Band 71 at all (for both data and calls).

The Mate 20 Pro's camera is a lot better. Depending on the settings, it's way more natural, sharper, catches more light, more stable and the master AI is also a great addition. The Pixel 3 camera is a beast! No doubt, but it's not on the same level as the Mate 20 Pro's camera

Mate 20 Pro can be over 700 Euros since it actually offers top of the line everything for the money, Pixel 3 on the other hand only offers a good camera.

I think the there is no clear winner, the Pixel is impressive by the quality and the simplicity given to the owner, but in other hand, the Mate 20 Pro is just imprssive 'cause it allows you to shoot RAW files in 40mp, wide angle 20mp, and x3 Zoom, something that no other phone can do yet. The rendered JPEG file is less consistent in my opinion, but it gives so much creativity options. The Mate 20 Pro is my choice. In term of video, i found the quality very similar and acceptable, colors are different, it depends on tastes. Also the stabilisation is not great at all on both devices compare to the iPhone or Sony devices. Maybe future updates will make it greater.

If the pixel gets equal no of cameras like mate 20pro with pixel quality there will definitely be no Match for it. Pixel 3xl has a second camera at front giving clu that they will adopt the multi camera setup soon.(pixel 4!!!!)

I don't know which phone have u used but that is definitely not the Mate 20 pro camera. This is paid promotion for pixel 3 xl, the real Mate camera is much sharper and there is no noise like in your photos, I don't know if you do that intentionally, but the pictures from the "Mate" are so bad. The real Mate 20 pro camera is the best out there.

The one thing that made the mate 20 pro win is the ois. It made video taking smoother and less jittery/shaky. But color wise, dynamic, and depth, it's pixel 3 for me.

When it comes to video, none of these two are the "best", but the stabilization is slightly better on Pixel 3. All zoom and macro shots are better on Huawei Mate 20 Pro given its telephoto lens. Pixel 3 XL fares significantly better in still images (both selfie and rear) and portrait shots (Pixel has slightly better edge detection). The dynamic range on Pixel 3 XL simply trumps that of Mate 20 Pro, all thanks to Google's advanced computational photography. As for lowlight, both are good but Huawei has more details when zoomed in.

the colours are way more saturated on the pixel 3 for my liking, mate 20 pro definitely wins with macro, low light, zoom, getting more in the frame details in most of the day light shots and video stabilization
