Totally false My matebook x pro 2018 does better than latest i5 macbook pro except in multicore score i5 is 20% better by the way 8th gen i7 on matebook is 8550 series so it is normal because latest i5 on mac are 8555 series and so, was released after 8550 and it works with higher base frequency clocks One more thing win10 is better than macos Dont compare benchs with softwares made for and paid by apple Moreover latest win10 properly bloatwared "less" and updated is far more stable than latest macos

@@ImNotActuallyChristian You will absolutely regret getting the windows machine! Dude, it had better be under 2 grand or just stick with a mac. You'll get waaayyy better support, too. I remember I was well out of my one year warranty (no apple care) and my track pad was wonky and had gunk in it (hairs eewwwww) and they just popped off the palm rest and cleaned it out for free at the apple store. And if you like Mac Os, you'll hate yourself for switching to windows to save a few bucks. You can get used to windows and it's fine enough, but Mac OS is such an elegant and happy experience. The gestures on the trackpad are huge. Who gives a shit about touch screens when you have the best trackpad in the word supporting all manner of gestures! Yeah there might be some shitty OEM third party slap on to windows track pad gestures out there (is there?) but you know it's trash, not seamless greatness like macbook pro and its os. BTW i'm still rocking my 2013 MBP, it's been dropped a half dozen times, fucking tank (a very prettty one).

Ch Mo Might as well get the MacBook Pro.. it can run Windows BootCamp, last longer than the Huawei Matebook and customer service is top notch. I was comparing the same for my first year in uni although the specs on the X Pro are nice, MacBook Pro is the best bet! Plus 4 lanes with thunderbolt 3 so you can use an eGPU and 2 - 4k monitors or 1 - 5k monitor.

it'll be nearly identical to the MX150. It's a very disappointing refresh.

Sahil Khiwani the screen is 13.9 inches. Why would you not want an extra 0.9 inches? Because of the thin bezels, it's smaller than many 13 inch laptops. Smaller, lighter and thinner than the latest Macbook Pro 13.

There's a lower priced Matebook 13 model presented earlier in January on CES and it even has a better performance due to upgraded CPU, GPU (25W version) and 2-fans cooling system compared to the 2018 X Pro model.

I would agree - just a logo alone or even better a clean top like Xiaomi has. But there're many skins of various texture and color available for it to cover the top, bottom, palmrest and touchpad. Dbrand for example.

@@girlshapedrobot there won't be any parts available for microsoft to actually fix the laptop and it will end up sending back to china for repair. I had the huawei mate 10 pro and the screen just went dark, when I called the company asking if I could pay to get my phone fixed they told me to send the phone to them in China and it took more than 2 months before I could get it back. Based on my horrible experience, I always hesitate whenever I wanna buy something from a Chinese company like Huawei
