because the device receive a FRP lock.
Charge the battery min 90 %

Hi. My Hauwei Y7 2019 is failing to download the package info from the server, I think it's beacuse my phone storage is full and I can create space as it is stuck on erecovery. Is there anyway that I could solve this problem without wiping my phone data?
