P30 pro was ahead of its time in so many thing specially battery camera quality and stability..nowadays i m using mate 40 pro OhGod it has been 3 year with me and still it is better than s24 ultra in so many ways Specially Ir system.unlock private space security and battery charge and charging speed..

There is no debate in terms of photos, clearly. For videos, Huawei stabilization is near iPhones and you noticed like me Huawei has better sound recording when recording video. My conclusion: Apple should learn from Huawei for their cameras.

Why would the be sweating. Huawei uses a lot of AI for processing. At the end of the day, it is really not some kind of advanced solution but it kinda gets the job done. This is 1 waay Huawei tries to mask its hadrware limitation in regular post-processing. Other companies are doing the same but not as harsh. Apple is really about tasting things to the last detail and are not really releasing half-baked software solutions especially on the iPhone. The video is the area where all hardware limitations of Huawei really show because there, you don't have the freedom to process after the image was taken. The processing must happen 30 or 60 times every second in 4k.

Great. Snapshot mode really improved a lot on the Pura 70 series. I am a bit disappointed they did not seem to improve regular tele shots and portraits. Or did you notice any improvements with the portrait mode on? Otherwise video is also good though stabikisation at night seemed to be better on the iPhone still

Sadly the iPhone is better. The photos on the huawei are excellent and great on the iphone. You can say 8.5 vs 10. But when it comes to video the iPhone is 10 and Huawei is like a 5. Those night videos were bad. Huawei has a better mic though

I tried burst mode on 70 Ultra... but burst mode is just a normal mode without any processing, which gives you a lot of blurry photos.... it's different from the SNAPSHOT.

Don't get me wrong the fast shutter speed capture is very impressive but in those scenarios, the average consumer is simply recording a video rather than pressing the shutter button in rapid succession.

The only mistake fromhuwawei was more bright light and less soft in video and photo and the 2nd video stabilization was weak Iphone video and photo was soft and deam its clever point for iphone n video stabulization was good in iphone

For photos, Pura 70 Ultra is better but in videos, Iphone is still better specially on the stabilization. I hope that Mate 70 can improve on that front. I'm skipping the Pura 70 since it don't have tof scanner on front, I'm using Mate 50 Pro, have upgraded to Mate 60 but unfortunately it's not available in my country. Hoping that Huawei will release the Mate 70 in my country 😅

Another perfect work from huawei company when it comes to innovation huawei is the one who are progress when it comes to over all performance in technology even they are restricted in other aspects.they also raising the competition among the other brands like samsung and apple. Look what apple pad 2024 they adapt the light weight that huawei first did but still its not bezelles.huawei also is the go when it comes to premium gadgets but will not compromise its quality and your budget. look at there phone tablet laptap and watches they give it innovative upgrade not like other brand that it took so slow for them to innovate (hi,apple) 😂theyr just making out of money from simple upgrade thats not worth it.and it cost much.again congrats huawei,by the way im still happy using the huawei matepad 13.2 and free buds pro 2 its 4months already but its make me like it more and more😘😘😘🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭

If Huawei only had a 30% more powerful chip, there would be no rival in the Android sector. I trust that they will manage to develop their chip industry, perhaps even moving from silicon to carbon even. Like they did with the combustion engine and jumped to the electric motor.

I don't think it's fair to compare it to ip15. I mean, it's not fair to Apple. ip15 isn't even the top 3 camera imo and let's alone it don't have any AI function, it's a generation lag behind of any phones in the market. It would be a lot more fair to compare the Pura70U to real flagships like Xiaomi 14U, Honor Magic 6Pro, Samsung S24Ultra, etc.

Camera company should feel shame as mobile phone is a small computer capable to do so many things come with execllent camera produce good images from such a small sensor and lens. Just compare the 2-4k camera's size, lens, sensor and price. Imaging one day mobile phone can put in 4/3 sensor and big lens that can attach zoom lens it will beat full frame camera....with low price.
