Hi... smoke pork will taste heaven if you cook together with Aneshi(dried yam leaves) and axone(fermented soyabean). Please try, if the ingredients are available. You both will absolutely love😁🤗💌. Btw your skin is glowing 😍

You can add bamboo shoot water along after smashing tomato and potatoes. But make sure you don't stir it for few minutes . And at the end you can add Naga garlic which will enhance the taste and give an amazing aroma.
