I love the burger, wish my experience in Montana was as good as yours. People in Montana told me to go back to where I came from twice and another person tried to run me off the road on the freeway in my 5 day vacation. Never will ever go back to Montana again. Beautiful scenery, not so welcoming people. Just my families experience

Awesome burgers Todd! Love the huckleberry add in. Fernie Brewery (not far from where you are across the border) makes a Huckleberry Ale that is really great. Such a unique flavor.

Looks good as it, but here in the southeast I'd substitute blueberries. Also I'll add some caramlized onions to put it over the top for my taste buds. Really enjoying my one burner and two burner Blackstones!

I never thought about using a jam with mayo. That looks amazing! And nice tip to add oil to your spatula to keep the burger from sticking while you smash it. You learned me something today 😆
