In response to multiple requests from high school educators, HudsonAlpha's Educational Outreach team created an animation depicting meiosis. Great care was taken to ensure that this animation has been crafted with as much scientific accuracy as possible, using realistic graphics to illustrate the movements of chromosomes. The animation begins with G1 of the cell cycle, includes S phase, and illustrates the fluid process of meiosis.
