Pressing the burger is a style of cooking a burger that a lot of ppl like.....they call it smash burger.....I happen to like that style. I believe Steak and Shake employs that style of cooking a burger as well

The title mentioned "loads of bacon...", then it starts off with loads of bacon cooking, then moves to nice-sized burgers...then all of a sudden you see a burger being topped with a skimpy or a couple of skimpy looking pieces of bacon - really? I stopped watching...so disappointed.
