Estou assistindo e vendo a dificuldade para colocar o bloco no caminhão não possível que ninguém aí teve a ideia de uma rampa que o caminhão entra nela a carregadeira coloca o bloco sem toda está dificuldade .Aposentei na Rhodia eu campiao de sugestão okay.

Doesn't matter if all the load does not go into the truck - there is more than enough in the bucket to fill every lorry in two passes and plenty left over. Awesome!! Mind you I'm glad they are not my trucks!!!

@Deathheads69 Trucks are owner operated - no skin off nose of excavator drivers! Would be better with bigger trucks mind. Just a general lazy, laid back set up. Poor for owner drivers - but perhaps the rates are good, Cheers

The trucks can´t hold two full buckets anyway, so speed is more effective.

6015b burns 516 gallons of fuel per day, and none of the trucks can hold 2 full buckets. Excess material spilling over isn't lost or going anywhere, so is irrelevant. Those trucks cost a fraction of what the 6015b does, both in operating cost and purchase price, so the excavator moving as much material as fast as possible is the primary goal; dump truck buckets getting banged up a bit is pretty irrelevant to the big picture bottom line. It's a bit of an 'I Love Lucy' skit with the chocolate production line come to life. Excavator pumps out the material; the trucks either keep up or drown trying *shrug*.

Would be nice if he knew how to load trucks... Keeps dragging the bucket towards him long after it’s full. And why not fill the second bucket a little less and use even less time loading the trucks. Spilling mass is a waste of time. Also unnecessary wear of the bucket by the way he drags the bottom of the bucket through the mass...

When you're using a mining excavator you should use mining trucks to take the overburden away. Very inefficient way to operate.

These trucks only go to the crusher, right? Hence the overloading. You should maybe clarify that in the description, because a lot of people are commenting stuff about the operator, and the overloading in every video. Amazing machines btw!

I can see a lot of flat tires here. Operator is fast and smooth, but spills way to much over the sides of the trucks. Full buckets in this situation use means more spill. Would be better off filling the bucket about 3/4 full.. Would still fill a truck in 2 passes without the mess.

My thought exactly! A tad bit less in each bucket, and actually dump it IN the truck = less material he needs to lift AGAIN, which would improve productivity...
