I am sorry to hear it has limited you in anyway. I hope there is a way to sagely remove it and that it goes well. You're very well spoken and well informed on your condition. I know it is hard to have to take a medical issue into account for anything you do. I have psoriatic arthritis and there are some things I cannot do and recently have lost some fine motor control of my hands and the pain is limiting things I do with my 7 yr old son. However I keep going and find work around and I feel you will as well. Praying for your pain to no longer effect you and a surgical solution to remove it safely.

I'm sorry you have to deal with that. My grandfather is very large, around 400 lbs. He has quite a bit of muscle, so he is out and about a lot, but I know he would like to lose weight. It is very difficult when you get to a certain size. Right now, I weigh around 200lbs. I'm only 5'10" , I know that is not too much overweight, but it is still difficult sometimes for me. I'm just not comfortable anymore. I cannot wear the same clothes, it is honestly more of a challenge than people realize. I could not imagine being 3 or 4 hundred lbs. I would like to lose around 20 pounds. West Facing, I really hope you are able or were able to do something about this. Honestly, if you like chocolate shakes, try the powdered slim fast. It is unbelievable! So good, I use that for meals a lot. If you dont go crazy on it, and just drink them as food replacements, it works very well. Also, thyroid vitamins and meds. If you do get the slim fast, get the powdered chocolate, and mix it up with skim milk... Ahhhh, soooo good. Take care, if you end up reading this novel, it would be great to hear an update from you, I'm curious.
