the best thing about CC is that it's created by actual players of the game, so they know what other players are also looking for and then they create it, and it's amazing

This is amazing!!! I love the scale, honestly. Everyone usually likes to build budget builds or starter homes, which is completely fine, but it's nice to see something different, too!

I LOVE your builds and use several of them! There are lots of options for family houses and they are all amazing, but would you consider maybe making a home just for couples? Like a child-free couple! Instead of kids rooms I imagine they'd have a big office, maybe home gym, and maybe an orangery with lots of plants!!! I love that idea. More and more couples are choosing to be child-free and I think it would be cool to make a cute house for such a couple!

I'm already playing 3 different challenges/let's plays, but I still want to get this house and play with the family you described! :) Maybe there is an accident or something with one of the kids and the parents realize that family is more important than their jobs, and they completely change. I love watching your build. I just found your channel, and it's so satisfying to watch everything come together. Just beautiful!

Gorgeous house as always! I don't think i'm going to download all of the CC (it seems a bit much and I don't want my game to break) but I might still download the house: it's too amazing not to. Thank you for including your CC list. It has made me discover creators I didn't know and even though I didn't think I needed more CC, I have found myself downloading some more. Gorgeous build as always 😭 I don’t usually do this but have a video request for you. I really need a way to start building but idk where to start. I can decorate all day everyday but your building is another breed of talent. Could you do a video explaining things like the “tools”/ mods you use and why, where/ how you start, or a “what I do vs. what I avoid type of deal? Trial and error so far has only increased my chances of giving up completely :)

It’s the first time that I ever heared that somebody includes an aupair to their family. I’m an aupair myself (in Sweden). But the way you described it it’s more like a normal nanny. Aupairs are not nannies. We take care of the hostfamilies kids for like 5h a day, but not more or less, we are actually with a hostfamily to have an cultural exchange. That’s the main point of aupairing:) Girls and Boys from different countries travel to other countries (like the UK, Sweden, USA, Canada,…) to stay there for about 1 year and then we move back home to work or to go to university. So we don’t stay for a very long time☺️I love the way you included aupairs in your sims story!

Hey Jess! Amazing build as always, I am a sucker for build/buy CC. I have really enjoyed watching your creativity blossom in this video, CC makes building SO much fun! As soon as I saw CC terrain paint my heart skipped a beat, I paused and went straight to the google doc to find it.. but I can't seem to find the creator on the doc?? I might be a little daft, I've opened every link but I can't for the life of me find the terrain paint 😓

I’ve watched this video at least five times and I only just now finally noticed that gorgeous fence + gate! By the little purple and white logo in the upper right corner of the cc in the catalog, it looks to be MAX20 cc but I’ve scored their tumblr and patreon and I can’t it at all 😭 even if it’s a shot in the dark, is there any chance someone could direct me to where I could find and download it, pretty please?

Yes so removed/ replaced but from paid dlc the items were very minimal so as long as the cc is downloaded it will pretty much look the same x

I'm trying to add all of the CC for the first time but it's a bit difficult without being able to copy and paste the names of the different CC when searching on someone's Tumblr or Blog. Could you enable copying on the Google doc? I understand why we shouldn't be able to edit it, but is there a way to enable just copying?

Can I ask, where are the counters you used in one of the bathrooms from please? The wooden ones. I have been downloading lots off of the Google doc, but I don't know which ones they are! Like in the list, if you know what I mean. Already downloaded a lot as I said, but haven't found them yet. Also the hats and jewellery? Sorry lol 😆

Bathroom counters are by Harrie, and are the “ Country Kitchen Counters “ which I used for more bathrooms, the ones in the laundry room are Felixandre “London Counters” then for a smaller bathroom which I didn’t show in the video I used Pierisim “ Oak House Kitchen Sink “ 🥰

Oh and the hats and jewellery, Floppy hat is Ravasheen, and believe you can find it in the “ clothes minded “ set, the safari hat is Harrie and Felixandre and is from the “ Tiny Twavellers” set and then jewellery the watch item is again from the same Ravesheen set and the jewellery box is by Max20 and is from the “ Master Bedroom pack “ 🤍

I have a question… can u download a house that uses certain DLCs that you do not have? Or do you have to have those DLCs

Yes you still can! The items from dlcs that you might not own will either delete completely so you would have to replace them with something or will be replaced with something else!
