Listen well those of younger audience blabbering that why they are crossing the bridge slowly, Firstly if you look closely into that video you can see that those two men with balls of steel are picking up debris from the bridge, Secondly if they go any faster They can quite possibly Slip and fall, Third they can't possibly spot debris at the floor if they run, Worse they might trip and fall from the Debri of bridge, 4th as you can see the Flow of the flood is quite fast and is making waves big enough to hit the walkway of the bridge, If they are running and a wave comes by and sweeps them off their feet they will Drift along with the Flashflood

Why on earth would they bother picking up any 'debris' as you call it? The bridge is about to be swept away due to the extremely strong and high flow of water. You trying to tell me these people are clearing a collapsing bridge of 'debris'? Yeah right it needs clearing for what, it's falling apart and one big piece of debris itself. I think the woman was picking up a fish or something that was swept onto the collapsing bridge.
