They should have gave it at least 420 alpha while keeping everything else but the reload intact (so same DPM). That way it would work better as a 2nd line hill fighter and it will reduce the awkwardness of using that siege mechanic too often. If still not enough, then they can buff the upper hull a bit.

The lower half of copula in type 71 should be armoured, it would cut the weakspot in half in terms of visible area to the enemies and significantly harder to hit, while it still would have a weakspot on turret. Currently the tank is just unplayable, you do what you should in it (hide hull, peak only with turret and try to hit enemies in copulas with extra accuracy) but it just doesnt work because hivtains sconqs e5 and other stuff just snaps your copula without any difficulties

maybe they can buff type 71 a little like they did with Leo 1,i mean 420 alpha would make this tank shine better than 400,at least they could have made it or they MUST* buff it with 420 alpha,not like 400 as his tier 9 does...then this tank would be more fun and better,we could see the difference between tier 9 and tier 10

Yes, but he's at his own fault as well lol. Wouldn't be like this if he (with full HP) went forward much earlier

you know what would make the tank somehow work? Make the accuracy before cooldown be comparable to the other 120mm guns. What the heck is +0.40 accuracy is on about with a 400 alpha gun? Even 60TP with its 750 alpha sits at .36 base, this tank needs at max .35 base accuracy, and its "speciality" could stay at where it is right now. Special features like this should be optional, not required by design for tank to be even remotely useful. They did a decent job on double barrels and turbo mode, why is this so F'ed up.
