I joined WW the 5th of January and have lost 14 pounds to date. I do credit much of my initial success on a video I watched of yours where you talked about how you started and just wanted to track everything for 30 days…no matter what you ate or what you went over in points. So I did the same thing and made the same deal with myself. Wow! It took so much pressure off of me to do that and as a result was very happy with the result. Love your videos!

I put that diced veggie mix in my scrambled eggs. Great to add veggies to bulk up my breakfast!

I make my own vegetable broth. It is so easy. I use vegetable scraps such as onion skins, the ends of carrots, celery leaves, pieces of bell peppers, etc. I throw everything into my instant pot (or you can just do it in a pot on the stove) with garlic, bay leaves, pepper, some spices, and water and pressure cook for 30-45 minutes. It makes a very good broth(and salt free if you want) for almost no money as you are using mostly things you would normally throw away. Freeze it and you have it ready whenever you want.

The next time you shop at Trader Joe's, I would really like for you to try their Bird's Nest's of onion, carrot and kale. They come with a tasty dipping sauce, which I rarely eat. But, love dipping them in hummus. I air fryer mine. Also, their Mexican Cauliflower Rice blend is very good too. It has cumin, cayenne, lime, diced tomatoes, tri-colored bell peppers and pickled jalapeños. I really enjoy watching you create great meals. As always, GREAT video!!

I found that cauliflower rice just okay. Granted it has more flavor than most, but I wouldn't drive 45 min for it

Nikki and Adam I am considering getting ww and I will know if I can afford it in the next couple weeks. My Dr wants me to go on weight loss medication too. I’ve been watching utube videos to see what kinds of things people are doing and I am very happy to see that I am already doing some of the same things. Your videos are really inspiring. Today I was reminded that inessential trying to find edamame I don’t have a channel on utube yet my camera is not hooked up and I don’t have editing software. But I will share with you in comments.

Lately I’ve actually been using the creamy unsalted peanut butter from Trader Joe’s for 3 pts a tbsp or nuts n more which is usually 2-3 depending on the flavor. Bnutty is also another really good lower point option!
