It was looking like it would be another one of “those nights,” where I lose my shirt - I tried 3 Dragon Link machines - high limit Happy & Prosperous, high limit Panda Magic, and then a regular Panda machine. I got crushed on all 3 and then decided to try High Stakes Lightning Link…and it was also not going well, until the most amazing free game went nuts, including two giant orb bonuses, a big line pay, a minor jackpot, and more! And then I had a nice little cherry on top in the back-up spins to get me almost back to even. It’s all timing - there’s something to be said for doing x number of spins and move on. If you lose, you went in knowing it could happen, but you don’t chase like I did. But if you hit a big one, it’ll be awesome. It’s a tough decision and should only do it once you’re comfortable with the potential outcome…good luck if you go for it!

Thanks, the bonus game and the jackpot were still pretty awesome , despite it not being enough to get me all the way to even. I could’ve just posted this machine and the “win,” but I’ve been trying to show more of the full visit so you can see and experience how it happens. My “problem” is that I didn’t come to that machine first…would’ve saved a lot of time and agony! This was in Detroit. This High Stakes machine may be my favorite one anywhere. There’s one at Aria that I like too, but it doesn’t pay me like this!

Ugh, I’m sorry to hear that. There really is no worse feeling than going from a nice win to an awful loss. I’d rather just get my butt kicked from the start. But yes, despite this amazing jackpot, I still lost. But when I can recoup that much after being down that big, I’m beyond thrilled!

in Aus we have 1c 2c 5c 10c 1.00 and 2.00 denominations on dragon link. try betting 50% of max bet on 10c or equivalent denom, you might be surprised you don't need to bet big to do well on the bonuses

@vegasmark if you check out some of my other videos, you will see I often play the dragon links with those denominations…in fact, I very much like (and sometimes prefer) them, especially some of the games that aren’t available in the high limit version. I agree that you can hit some huge pays in the 5c and 10c mid-level bets. The $6.25 or $7.50 can really score, and the major jackpot is always lurking in that bet range. And of course, betting that amount gives you get more chances than I give myself in my videos when I’m betting $20-50.

@JackpotJSlots from what I've seen with your slots, you don't have many betting options. Aus slots you can choose how many lines and how many credits per line. I'll take a pic of the buttons next time I'm playing

it's just interesting to see the difference. And highest bet on a normal slot is 10.00 a spin, but I've won plenty of bonus features that pay over 2500.00 from that bet size

I was basically down that much - at the end of each video, I recap the session...in this one I lost $600 even after that jackpot. I had played a couple other machines first and lost, so I came out ahead on that specific machine...but overall was still a loss. In future videos, I'm breaking down the recap by machine, so you can see win/loss for each game.

They've definitely adjusted these games so you can get amazing payouts, but it can take a lot of money before it happens. I would be happy to see smaller payouts more often, as it's a more fun playing experience.
