What a exciting hunt! I had a wild hair and thought it would be good to leave the muzzleloader at home for the last day and take my bow!! Well the good Lord placed 2 nice bucks in front of me and said "take your pic" and I FAILED!! Love being out there chasing these magnificent creatures.

Had something very similar happen to me many years back, getting ready to draw and the arrow fell right of the rest. Switched over to a whisker biscuit and haven’t had that problem anymore. Keep after them!

I don’t understand why everyone loves to bow hunt so much. Stuff like that happens and if you had a rifle you could of shot the deer as soon as he stepped out and dropped it in its tracks. I like to hear boom when I kill something

You poor thing. Made a little noise on the deer zoo farm and scared them away. You could prob just reach out and grab the leash. Go hunt real deer dude not farm raised domestic whitetails

Fuck that I’ll take a 2 year old buck. If it’s legal it’s dinner. Thus why I typically shoot doe. Occasional buck. I am not waiting all season for a monster to have an empty freezer and stomach….
