HUGE Mixed Bag!! - RAT Works Tuned HW100

In this video I head to my local permission and target the vermin. I use my tuned HW100 and it doesn't let me down. The pests were out in force and I made the most of every opportunity, watch as I control the numbers of corvid, squirrel, pigeon and rabbit on this farm. I take some long range shots and also some very close range shots from different positions, all of which require different skills and knowledge and practice to execute well.

Lovely shooting Andy, a master class. HW’s are a cracking piece of kit. A lot say not nice looking but a cracking rifle. I have a kt laminate and love it’s looks and accuracy.👍👍👍

I'm pretty sure that it is the rifle not the carbine. I find his shot placement brilliant, he is taking heart, lung shots, which is counter to standard 12ft/lbs doctrine. He even gives a pigeon what's known as a Glasgow send off, up the bum! (sorry but it's true, yes I know we're savage up here!) Generally it's all head shots that are recommended unless it's a F.A.C. He doesn't say so I presume that it is a under 12ft/lbs gun. The boy is quite the long range sniper! Lol

My hw100 is going to Ratworks next week for the full monty .everything done like you had.can I just ask what difference did you see from when you had it to after rat works did it ? Cheers.p.s love your videos

Does anybody out there know how we’re gonna manage if this lead ban an ammo comes to pass. Shotgunners are already moving to steel but as I understand it air rifle ammo is going to be a problem technically. Would copper coated ammo like H+N Power still be legal? I wish I could make standing shots like.

I can’t imagine it would affect air rifle shooters? If it did I’m not sure there is an alternative to lead that would do the same job 🤔

Weihrauch themselves have a "green" pellet available, according to their catalogue. No idea what type alloy they are but I can remember that they were very light. About 6gr. in .177 if memory serves me.
