Superhero arc has been expanded upon, Moro and Granolah were completely new. What more do Dragonball fans want? let them have a break. Toriyama's passing deserves to be respected and frankly the anime world as a whole is still in mourning. Even Oda is taking a break because of this.

@chronolynx360 I was born in '96 and I didn't get into Dragon Ball (or anime for that matter) til my 2nd year of college in 2016. Even I have been moved SIGNIFICANTLY by Toriyama! I grew up with Sonic as well, so I was definitely impacted by Toriyama, even from childhood!

I am 31 I grew up with DBZ but at a certain point you have to grow up and realize all the bull going on and see just how conveniently fake stuff is to fit together. It's not about "not everything has to make perfect sense", with Super it is more like "Nothing makes sense". And it is fine if you want to fool yourself by feeding off nostalgia but all you do is lie to yourself. Once you crack DBZ Formula and Super's rehashing of it you realize how bland it is. I never cared about other anime, Bleach, AOT, Naruto.....Tssss once I gave it a chance, well all I can say is that those Anime make Super and Dragonball in General look like a circus. DBZ is the epitome of brawling, screaming, fighting, new forms, new techniques. But that is about it mate. Vegeta's sacrifice is the only thing what caused me to shake. Compared to intricated characters, deep storytelling, original storytelling, twists, reveals, lore and more. It is definitely the other anime, Super is a bit mindless fighting which as a practicioner of boxing I can certainly understand. But that is the thing within time, DBZ had good elements of feat and some stories like Cell Saga went pretty deep. I hear OG Dragonball was even better but I did not watch it. I would argue that the Series for a long time is going downhill.

@@j04370859 not necessarily, you got to remember that during the superhero movie, pan was 3 years old and at the end of z, she's four. That indicates that only anywhere from a couple of months to a year has passed since the events of that movie to the end of Z when Goku leaves and the episodes after the time skip leading up to the tournament that happened around that time all happen within a day or so. So honestly Gohan still could be training but he also tries to balance his training and his work life and of course being a dad and a husband. So he may not be training 24/7 like Goku is, but that doesn't mean he's not training at all.

@superlinkfighter Or, this is just one of the many other things that changes the end of Z. Even most recently, in the most DLC Kakarot game, it was confirmed that he stopped training, which is why he doesn't even enter the tournament. I'm wondering if the end of Z even exists anymore. 🤔

​@@erichines1150yeah but the problem is this that what if this creators have creative control problem were they argue about which way storyline can be taken. If toyotaro and other people who understand toriyama writing can help writing the story and this fan creators can help draw manga by handling different pages it will be great. Because we will be able to get a monthly equivalent chapter within like 20 or 25 days.
