It probably does have something to do with Lifeweave. Probably wont do anything right now since Lifeweave isn't in the game but it does make the most sense. Since it looks like some type of seed you'll probably need the use of Lifeweave to manually bring it to life or something similar.

Your supposed to be able to turn it in to the banker but it was bugged, it's basically an artifact but with hive loot you could prob get the flame legendary with this

The reason you can't turn the egg in anywhere is because it's actually meant to be an item that automatically fixes Supaa's disstrack, but the disstrack is so bad that the egg doesn't function and therefore cannot fix the track

I got the new oath, feed it to the Primadon campfire and a new life weave boss spawns. you get teleported into your own domain and you fight the boss. I failed the boss fight but i am currently searching for another one. The fight seems like it can be done with teammates, as a small circle spawns and those who are in get teleported.

Did you try bringing the plant thing to Hive? Maybe it's a dead plant that could spring back from all the life weave shenanigans that goes on there? Maybe you should try the water that's there, or the 'sap' water that's in the tree? (I mean, it's still probably decorative, but it'd be worth a shot?)
