Yes, it pains me to admit that Saka is a wonderful footballer and I wish we'd pass the ball to him more often. I don't know what the debate was over the penalty as to me it was a clear penalty. That would have been a foul anywhere else on the pitch because his studs was showing high, which was dangerous. I recall Romero being sent off for a tackle where he got the ball but then collided with the striker, which I didn't agree with but if that was a foul, surely that was a foul.

They just happen to play for a team that we have a rivalry with. Doesn't change how good they are, in the slightest! Rice, Saka, Saliba, etc. are superb players. Just because we are rivals, it doesn't preclude us from acknowledging that other teams' players are excellent. Goodness forbid, they might even think some of ours are rather good.....

Southgate has done well but matches under him have mostly been very boring to watch. Some people only care about winning, which is fair enough, but I like to be entertained too.
