I think you made pretty good time! You are right about it being hard doing challenges at home. When i watch you in your contests and you are compeating head to head you are an eating power house and a true champion and you are never slow lol. There are so many ways to make taco salad, so yummy, i just could never eat as much as you, thank you Geoff for sharing another delicious challenge ❤

Geoff this looks amazingly good. Only thing i would do differently is use 1 packet of taco mix per pound of meat. Ground turkey is also great and i mix the beans in the meat too. Adding the beans you can make sure you get just enough in there meat too mix equally. I personally loved to make a burrito over Spanish or white rice. Just as you said, throw a bunch of crap on the rice mix and devour. The biggest thing i love about your videos is the captions you add while editing. Another great video my friend.

Geoff you smashed another great challenge. Were the corn chip not soggy? I think I would suffer from the texture, even if the flavour was good.

A lot of things I would have added or done/layered differently. Definitely would have done 4 regular bags of Doritos, nacho, cool ranch, Taco, and Sweet Chilli, nvm all that.. you're cool, looks delicious, keep the videos coming ❤

Love watching you Geoff......for training purposes, you knew what the beginning weight was, set the timer for 8-10 minutes then eat as much as you can till the timer goes off, then weigh to see whats left....then you can finish whatever that is at a leisurely pace

Refried beans instead of sweet corn I would have added onions and fresh tomatoes with a soecifically “spicy” salsa but oh boy this does look good

No olives or green or white onions huh? That's what I would've added. Taco salads are so good. You know what is better than somewhat stale corn chips? Somewhat soggy nachos. Limp nacho chips like Taco Bell has sometimes are good.
