You should do an update 6 to 12 months later to see if the stuff ordered is still functional. I heard that the clothes and jewelry fall apart within a year. So I am interested if the items are still fine after using them for some time. Thanks ❤

I ordered my daughter’s (9,7) clothes in the beginning of summer last year and they have lasted to this day. Items that I’ve bought myself when Temu first came out before it was popular have outlasted some name brand things I’ve purchased.

I have had several orders from Temu, mainly craft plus a few other bits and pieces including a lovely top, everything has been satisfactory, My son ordered T-shirts, socks, jocks and a whole pile of other stuff. The T-shirts are so well made and he loves the fabric.

That’s amazing, I normally try avoiding shopping from shein, ali baba and Temu bcuz they copy brands designs and sell them for lower prices and sometimes not as good quality, but sometimes I can’t resist there cheap prices.. I don’t live in America so only shein and ali baba ship to me but I’ve got two things from Temu when my relatives from America came here

@@euphoria9548 i looked it up, and it says that they are emphasizing eliminating child labor and forced labor from its supply chain. companies that DO use child labor forced labor, etc. are Shein, Nestlé, H&M, Philip Morris, Microsoft, Sports Direct, British American Tobacco (BAT), Apple, New Look, JTI, and Hershey's. I got this from an article online from 2019, so i don’t know if they still do or not.

please don’t! i know it’s tempting, but they starve and abuse their workers. they are often unpaid or children. i totally get the temptation, but when people buy from temu, they are contributing to forced child labor, abuse, and also global warming and climate change by admitting carbon admissions into our air from the over seas shipping.

I am not shocked about the pricing of the products in Temu because it's originally marketed to US. We have our app (not Temu) in Southeast Asia and the products' prices are lower than Shein and Temu. The US market is accustomed to have higher prices in their products, that's why most of the buyers from US are shocked by Temu's lower prices. In SEA, we can have quality products with its price of at least $2, mostly max price is about $10-$50. As I was scrolling through Temu, I am still overwhelm by its pricing because it's 2-10 times higher than our pricing here in South East Asia. Considering by our low cost of living, low cost of labor, low cost of raw materials, low cost of production, I think most of the companies justified making our product pricing much lower because of those main reasons. For example the sunset lamp, we can buy the sunset lamp here for $0.72 but in Temu (targeting the US market), it costs $2.98 to $8. Here in the SEA, you can get high quality product with low cost. Even a $20 bag from local brands is bit pricey to me, tbh.
