about the shade getting darker, it might be the pan rusting. I had one of the shades repanned, and noticed that the bottom of the pan had some weird brown/ rust looking patches. Even after cleaning the pan, I noticed it producing a rust colored substance. :/ EDIT: I only had the shade for 6 months or so, so it's fairly new. And I ordered it before they changed their pans.

Forever sad that they didn't make Nightmare the same as the year before, hopefully they'll make a new shade that resembles the first Nightmare so I can own it! Love all the work you do for these as always!! 😍 Would love to see you do a vid of your favourite and least favourite single shades across your collection/brands

I really hope so too, I repurchased because I wanted a backup, and there are very few shadows I do that with! I think I take favorites way too serious, it's as if I hurt the shadows feelings by not picking them lmao 😂 I do have a lot of favorites though, but all for different occasions/different color groups. Would be fun to see if I were able to choose 🤭

I am the opposite of you lol I pretty much only wear blue purple and green although I have chosen some other colors with the multichromes , burgundy’s , yellow , pinks, colors I normally wouldn’t wear

I just ordered 7 shades . I’ve been wanting to try them for a while now . I grabbed over the rainbow , soul, antique, praline, never land, dreamscape ( the loose pigment ) and lucid . I put back a couple , sad , I really wanted electric jungle . I’m on a no buy but I broke it . I can’t wait to try the brand !

@If not friend, why friend shaped? I mean they're aware since it happened to me as well and I sent them the photos/videos, so they shouldn't doubt it if others have experienced the same thing. Hopefully you'll get replacements!

Thank you for this video, it is very helpful! I am so glad all the shades I was planning to buy look exactly how I hoped they would look. It is amazing how shiny they look with dry formula. Do shadows such as Dragonfly and Dreamscape feel like GlamShop turbos? Every brand I have tried which makes holo multichromes it is usually less shifty and sparkly. I plan to just add holo pigment on top from now onwards. Hmm I think discolouration in pans is likely due to tiny imperfections in metal of pans and metal pigment leeching into shadows. Although, this is just a guess but it does look like some form of oxidisation process rather than mold or breakdown of product.

Thank you for watching! Although many of the brands pictures are a bit overly saturated, I feel like they still show the shifts fairly accurate and I haven't been disappointed in any of the shadows I've ordered! I would say Dragonfly, Dreamscape and Lure remind me a bit more of the Glam Shop multichromes Ryan the Turbo glows. I don't know too much about metal and chemistry, but I also think it's most definitely something with the metal that causes the discoloring. They said they use different pans now, so hopefully it won't occur with any of the newer shadows!

I know it's a lot of work, but can you compare glamshop and pastel roses shadows. They seem very similar. I own lots of glamshop and want to try pastel roses, but I don't want duplicate shades from glamshop.

I will focus on that for my next video with the 6 new Pastel roses shadows I ordered! Maybe even make a solely dedicated comparison video. I'm certain Glam Shop is much cheaper, so I totally get not wanting to get dupes or shadows that are too similar 🥰 I think shipping is taking extra time now due to issues with the UK Royal Mail, but I will make a video sometime after they arrive 🙏

how do electric orange and lure compare to maja from oden's eye? Thanks for this amazing video

Electric orange is neon pink to neon orange to gold, it doesn't have a green shift. It's also more of a satin. They have another shade called Sunset that is closer in shift to Maja but it's more subdued.Maja is more of a bright orange to pink to green and gold. I think Marte compared Maja to Lure and they're pretty much identical, Lure has a more prominent pink shift. All in all I think the Pastel Roses formula is better because it's drier, the OE shadows are an oily mess that need to be repressed multiple times with alcohol to be usable.

Aw thank you so much! The duochromes and the less flakey multichromes are probably relatively comparable to that GS formula yes! I think these are maybe even drier.

Hahaha yessss my nail color actually is an eyeshadow buffed on top of a lime green gel color 🤣 It's Glaminatrix G'Day 😍 I think Terra Moons Phoenix might look similar on a slightly deeper grungy green 🤔 I can't think of an eyeshadow with the green base atm, but I'll come back to you if I do!
