Floods happen everywhere at any time. One of Mother Nature's awkward events. Isn't weather forecasting available to avoid unnecessary human suffering in these places?

I know that this is another topic in the face of this tragedy . But I look at your report of today in your newspaper on Astra Zeneca and I am astounded in the face of its withdrawal because of it causing serious injury . Your report sickens me I am sorry to say .
