I hope you get a Trader Joe's that's my favorite. Whole Foods is expensive but it's nice for specific items that you can't find elsewhere. Technically, you shouldn't rinse your cooked pasta - it washes off the starch which helps the sauce adhere to and flavor the noodles. Adding oil to the water also prevents the sauce from flavoring the pasta. Ken has the right idea. But, they're your noodles to do with as you please. lol

Whole Foods is good but more expensive then other healthier food stores. My favorite health specialty stores are Fresh Thyme and Trader Joe's.

KK is proper. My grandfather was from Italy. That’s how they do it.I forgot to say as a child my grandfathers family would all gather for spaghetti dinner. She was grossed out because they all had forks and all ate out of one bowl. She refused to. When my grandfather died his mom came to our home with my grandmother. She couldn’t speak English except my dad asked if she wanted a drink. Her 2 words we understood was whisky And more more.

Vegetable oil helps keep (spaghetti) noodles keep from sticking. I personally prefer vertical stripes... makes people look taller, supposedly.

For your pasta not to stick put oil and salt in the boiling water. Don’t rinse the pasta it takes away the starch

Amazon now owns Whole Foods, which is why you get a discount if you have Prime. I have a Whole Foods in walking distance from my house and it’s been there forever! Unfortunately, whole food was way better before Amazon bought it :-( Quality has gone way down.
