Mendy Friedman I think Hugh Jackman grants him that ability actually. If you see all of their interactions, it's obvious that the two get along really well like best buddies. :) I call it the Jackman effect. He puts his interviewers at ease because he doesn't take himself seriously at all.

I like how Jimmy Fallon allows himself and his guests to be complete dorks for the majority of an interview. I don't like scripted talk shows and this fills the void left by Craig Ferguson.
