♪ 인기가요 샌드위치 ♪
이번에는 요즘 유행하는, 인기가요 매점에서 판매한다는 ‘인기가요 샌드위치’를 만들어봤습니다!
일반인에게는 판매하지 않아서 많이들 직접 만들어보시더라구요.
그래서 저도 제 나름대로 만들어봤는데요, 생각한것보다 맛있어서 놀랐어요…!
속재료가 무려 3가지라 한꺼번에 다같이 먹으면 별로일 줄 알았는데, 오히려 새로운 맛있음이 느껴져서 신기했어요! 역시 ‘맛있는거 + 맛있는거 = 맛있음’ 인가봐요…ㅎㅎ
하지만, 필요한 재료도 다양하고 과정도 많아서 직접 만들어 먹기에는 꽤 힘든 음식입니다…ㅠㅠ
만드시려면 생각보다 큰 용기가 필요하실꺼에요…ㅎ…
그냥 웬만하면 영상으로만 즐겨주시기 바랍니다…ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
* 진짜 인기가요 샌드위치를 제 멋대로 따라 만들어본겁니다! 실제와는 다릅니다!
** 완성된 샌드위치는 냉장고에 넣어놨다가 먹으면, 딸기잼이 식빵을 촉촉하게 만들어줘서 더 맛있습니다!
*** 저는 엄마가 감자 샐러드를 좋아하셔서 많이 만들었어요! 영상에서 사용한 만큼 재료들을 사용해서 만드시면 너무 많으니까, 만드는 방법 참고용으로만 봐주세요!

* 재료 *
감자 샐러드 : 감자, 달걀, 오이, 마요네즈, 소금, 후추
양배추 샐러드 : 양배추, 맛살, 마요네즈, 케첩
식빵, 딸기잼
* 만드는 방법 *
== 감자 샐러드 ==
1. 물에 소금과 식초를 넣고 달걀을 삶아준 뒤 식혀주세요. 식힌 삶은 달걀은 포크 등으로 으깨서 준비해주세요.
2. 오이는 조금 얇게 썰어주고, 소금을 뿌려 적어도 10분 이상 소금에 절여주세요. 그리고 소금에 절인 오이는 면보 등으로 물기를 꼭 짜서 준비해주세요.
3. 물에 소금을 살짝 넣고, 감자를 포슬포슬하게 삶아주세요. 삶은 감자는 껍질을 벗기고 으깨주세요.
4. 감자, 달걀, 오이를 모두 한 그릇에 넣어준 뒤, 마요네즈, 소금, 후추를 넣고 다같이 잘 섞어주세요.
== 양배추 샐러드 ==
1. 양배추는 심지를 제거해준 뒤, 얇게 채썰어주고 너무 긴 부분은 칼로 잘라주세요.
2. 게맛살은 칼로 작게 잘라주거나 손으로 잘게 찢어서 준비해주세요.
3. 양배추와 게맛살을 한 그릇에 넣고, 마요네즈와 케첩을 넣고 함께 잘 섞어주세요.
== 샌드위치 조립 ==
1. 식빵을 4장씩 겹쳐준 뒤, 테두리를 잘라서 준비해주세요.
2. 식빵-감자샐러드-식빵-딸기잼-식빵-양배추샐러드-식빵 순서대로 쌓아준 뒤, 랩으로 단단하게 감싸주세요.
3. 칼로 반 잘라준 뒤 맛있게 드시면 됩니다!

♪ Inkigayo Sandwich ♪
This time, I made ‘Inkigayo Sandwich’ which is popular nowadays!
Many people made this, so I also tried. And it was more delicious than I thought!
I thought it will taste bad, because there are 3 layers. But when I ate 3 layers all together, they taste really good differently than expected!
But, it needs various ingredients and its recipe is little bit complicate.
So I recommend you to just enjoy the video, not to make it yourself. LOL
* It is more delicious when you eat this sandwich after refrigerating, because the strawberry jam makes the bread moist!
** I made a lot of potato salad, because my mom likes it. So if you make according to video, you will make too much potato salad. I recommend you to refer to the method only.

* Ingredients *
Potato Salad : Potato, Egg, Cucumber, Mayonnaise, Salt, Pepper
Cabbage Salad : Cabbage, Immitation crab meat, Mayonnaise, Ketchup
Bread, Strawberry Jam
* Recipe *
== Potato Salad ==
1. Put salt and vinegar in the water, and boil the eggs and let it cool down. Then, mash the peeled eggs with a fork.
2. Slice the cucumber little bit thinly. Then add salt and leave for at least 10 minutes. And then, squeeze the cucumber to get rid of the water.
3. Put salt in the water, and boil the potatoes until soft. Peel the potatoes and mash it.
4. In a bowl, put potatoes, eggs, cucumber, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Then mix well.
== Cabbage Salad ==
1. Thinly slice the cabbage. If sliced cabbage is too long, then cut them with knife.
2. Chop the imitation crab meat with knife or tear it off.
3. In a bowl, put cabbage, imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Then mix well.
== Making Sandwich ==
1. Cut the edge of the bread.
2. Assemble the ingredients according to this order. ‘Bread-Potato salad-Bread-Strawberry jam-Bread-Cabbage salad-Bread’. Then, wrap the sandwich firmly with plastic wrap.
3. Cut the sandwich in half, and enjoy it!

To help those of you who are confused about the jam: It contradicts the salt. That's also why there's crunchy cucumber and cabbage in the salads, it contradicts the softness of the other ingredients. Balancing out the sweet, sour and bitterness (and umami) in taste is basic food making knowledge. The jam in here also adds depth, extra flavor and complexity to the sandwich. When I saw the strawberry jam, it actually made more sense to me because, if not the sandwich would taste salty as hell as there was salt in every part of the process.

Mz.Molly Poppinz the cucumber is actually still pretty crunchy. similar to pickles - not the crisp bite of a fresh cucumber, but a good crunch. the salt removes the water which hydrated the cells of the cucumber, so it looks a little limp. that's just because the middle of the cucumber loses all that cell structure, so it doesn't hold itself up as well. the outer portion of the cucumber is still plenty crunchy.

in alot of korean recipes i see that they tend to mix sweet with savory? like korean egg toast. when i was growing up we had jam put on our egg sandwich and it was heavenly. but ours was scrambled egg and not boiled/salad w/ crab. i made the sandwich without the crab and it was still good but its def an acquired taste

Nope for me learning Korean is more difficult. So many sounds to memorise and learn 😋 but I won't give up, never. The non-pretentious explanation for the jam is that most Asian cultures have/follow a 5 flavors principle: spicy, salty, sour, sweet, and bitter. There's also usually some umami(savory) thrown in. Hence why you see a dash of sugar added here and there in many Asian recipes. Once you start paying attn to that you see it everywhere.

Omg this is actually tasty! 😱😌 I just made it today and I was blown away by the flavors. I did substitute a few things but other than that it was amazing good. I made 3 of them and I still have stuff left over. But don't be afraid to share with your friends they might like it too

@@puspitadwil5651 i didnt substitute much. I only changed the flavor of the jelly for strawberry and used a different type of brioche bread. I'm not sure what would be a good substitute for imitation crab. 🤔 truthfully my first time making this I over cooked my potatoes so the second time I used a different potato but maybe try a type of pepper or something instead of crab, or a veggie patty, maybe shredded carrots if you're trying to keep things vegetarian but still keep that crunch, or try shrimp? I believe the contrast between the saltiness of the seafood with the sweetness of the jelly really worked, while the softness and creaminess of the potato salad helped mellow out the crunch of the crab salad engaging the mouth and taste buds with the feel of the different textures making it excited to bite into. I also recommend drinking a coke or coke zero with this sandwich, and possible toasting your bread in a pan before stacking your ingredients.

This is really good!!!! Made it for myself today but i used chicken instead of potato for the salad and added cream cheese, and salad with mayochup (mayo & ketchup) Hope that was ok! But it's soooo good!!!!😃😉👍

The owner of original Ingikayo sandwich refused to reveal its recipe or expand its business any further. So basically all those Ingikayo Sandwich recipes out there are imitations based on product pics and words from kpop idols.
