Congratulations to all members, Dimapur is only commercial city in Nagaland, for drainage needs state of the art technology survey and design underground drainage like London in 18th century, needs only ROU, and dimapur need ring road, covering dimapur , chumkedima, niuland district and visibility for underground tunnel road, flyover, portable water for the public, river canal system should be surveyed like UP, Gujarat, Orissa, Andra Pradesh etc, for dringking water as well as irrigation, as municipal corporation can collect toll tax for maintenance of Road, eg fastag, GPS navigation is used in Germany for toll tax
