Huli-Huli Chicken! The Right Way |

1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup sherry wine
2 Tbsp. sesame oil
2-pcs ginger
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha
Marinade chicken overnight. Cook on rotisserie about 1 1/2 hour or until 165F internal. Brush with remaining marinade while cooking.

I've never had Huli-Huli chicken with gravy on the rice before ... chicken is usually pretty juicy and the drippings collect in the bag/box with the plate lunch or plastic bag ... and don't forget the mac salad!
