Followed you every game so far this season, albeit from Germany, I am 87 years andTown supporter from way back when I was at Tower Ramparts school, born Curriers Lane, my first job at 15 was drivers mate at Ipswich Steam Laundry in Alderman Road, our first call on Mondays was IPFC collecting players kit from Saturday games, got to know them and manager Scott Duncan. Hull Fan who thoroughly enjoyed what was a real pulsating encounter, with two teams busting a gut for a win. As so many have said already, this was probably the best showing Hull have made all season, against probably the best team that has played at the MKM Stadium all season. Whether we make the play-offs or not, may I wish Ipswich safe passage into the Prem. You have done an amazing job, taking the Championship well and truly in your stride. On a further note, may I thank you, Alex, for making my grandson a very happy chap, who now thinks he's a KZfaq star having appeared on your podcast...lol

As a Hull supporter I would have to say Ipswich are easily the best side we have played this season and thoroughly deserve to go up. We didnt find our way until the second half of the season and lost several games which we should have won so on balance we dont quite deserve to be in the play offs even though it is still a possibility. well done on your fantastic support and best of luck in The Prem.

Massive Leeds fan here and in all honesty i think Ipswich deserve to get promoted instead of us you guys have been exceptional this season and after losing against QPR I have zero confidence .

Brilliant game, both sets of fans created a fantastic atmosphere. I was at the game away v Ipswich and I said then you're the best side in the league and I still believe that. If you go up it's up there with Leicester winning the Prem in my opinion, unreal achievement. Hopefully it works out for us next week and we're in the playoffs!

If you are going to play out from the back then do that don't keep giving the ball back to the keeper ! It's Hutchinson I feel sorry for, two wonderful goals and no win for the icing on the cake, we have to buy him for next season. What a Brilliant game, two very similar teams going for it. Ipswich away record not the best, but tonight they were superb. Defensively we have known all season its our weakness. Not the keepers best performance, but he has played superbly throughout the season. Nice to see both sets of supporters appreciate the game and respect for each other. Fantastic advertisement for the Championship. Before the match I put on 6 small bets hoping for a big scoreline. 35 shots with 18 on target! How was it only 3-3?!?! I knew both sides would be up for the win, with promotion at stake, so I predicted 3-5, 5-3, 4-5, 5-4, 4-4 and 5-5 !! So close!! 😂 I stood on the left very close to the Hull fans level with the 18 yard line and the banter was top notch! Fingers crossed Norwich slip up and Hull take their place…

We moan about conspiracies against us with refs etc. but I’m sure you guys have experienced that too. The difference between you and us is that you have been far more consistent all season long. End of day, no parachute payments, play great attacking football no matter what the opponent, full house every week, great away support, so if you do end up above us then it has been absolutely thoroughly deserved. Be interesting to see how Coventry approach the game now their season is over. A point there will see you up now. Can’t see you losing to Huddersfield and the way we are playing lately I can’t see us getting any more than a point against Saints.
