Human Development plays a significant role in achieving economic sustainability. Healthy, educated, and skilled individuals of a country can increase the contribution of industrial, agricultural, and services sectors to its economic development. The government must focus on polishing the skills and abilities of individuals to achieve economic sustainability.

Respect for you sir, you're great mentor. But the thing is economic sustainability doesn't mean maintaing good level of growth. Sustainability means meeting the needs of today without compromising needs of future generations. Economic sustainability is intergenerational equity. Also economic sustainability ensures human development. Just distribution of capital resources will lead to human development.

I attempted this topic in my attempt this year. Here is my outline, please evaluate: Human development and economic sustainability 1) Introduction 2) Traditional measures of economic progress: GDP, etc 3) Concept of human development: education, healthcare, poverty levels, standards of living. 4) Concept of economic sustainability: self-sufficency, long-term prosperity, ability to withstand shocks. 5) Why tradional economic measures are not good indicators of economic progress: i) On-paper growth rates do not necessarily translate into welfare of the masses. ii) Increase in the wealth of a few rich industrialists rarely trickes down to the poor masses. iii) Once injections into the economy dry down, growth rates dissipate. (cases-in-point: Afghanistan and Pakistan) 6) How human development ensures economic sustainability: i) Investments in education pays the highest long-term yields (World Bank reference) ii) Improvements in healthcare sustainably increase productivity and restrict population growth (case-in-point: "Factfullnes" by Hans Rosling). iii) Reduced poverty levels provides opportunities for continuous growth. (Case-in-point: China defeating poverty and achieving economic sustainability). iv) A focus on human development inculcates climate action. (Case-in-Point: the Uninhabitable Earth by David Wallace Wells) v) Human development actually improves standards of living of the masses and not just on-paper numbers. 7) Case studies illustrating how human development ensures economic sustainability. i) Nordic countries. ii) Bangladesh and the other Asian Tigers. 8) Way forward: i) Multilateral efforts for improving human development across the world should be further expanded. ii) Changing the political discourse on economics from simply a numbers game to one focused on human development through a multifaceted approach. 9) Conclusion

Sir I have discussed HDI concept given by dr mehbob and then provide brief details of human security concept given by UNDP . Then I establish a link through element such such as human capital ( factor of production) and enable the Economic growth variable.

Sir, thank you for your video. But, what I have found that your dimensions are specific. It do not include both dimensions in one header, for example a. Introduction Starting line: Human development and economic sustainability are like two masses of the same weight on a balance scale; varying one mass affects the other... b. How human development maintain economic sustainability 1. Education development 2. Social stability, 3 Political stability, 4. Effective planning, 5. conducive economic development environment, 6. Meritocracy c. How human underdevelopment effects economic sustainability 1. Inaccessibility to education 2. Myopic approach in selection of government 3.Ineffective government institution 4. Rampant corruption 5. Radicalized society 6. Social Instability d. Recommendations ... e. Conclusion Essay must be made specific to Pakistan, regarding above mentioned header. While these two words are broad topics itself.

Human development is a noble cause but often when human development goes up economic sustainability is jeopardised.The key is to reconcile both in a way that a symbiosis develops. This was my thesis statement.will it work?

Dear Sir, Human Development is usually discussed in tandem with traditional economic indicators like GDP growth rate because the concept of HD gained popularity after much criticism on infatuation with these traditional indicators. I took a course named Developmental Economics in university amd this is what they taught us. I wrote my essay (outline is below) on these lines. Kindly evaluate.
