Ross is the most under appreciated athlete in the world. His “worlds fittest podcast” was brilliant and clearly got pulled off air. Followed him on GB swim and he went through more than I’ve seen anyone go through for a rather niche project. So glad he’s been given exposure on TV, the man is super human

DrewD and no complaining. Every 50th banana of the day with jellyfish hanging onto hit taint (literally miles of thick jellyfish at points) he was smiling. His body was wrecked and less than a year later he’s in that kind of shape still.

An interesting point about Maslow's Hierarchy that they didn't touch on - The implication of the "pyramid" is that you can't build the top without first taking care of the lower sections - Meaning (following this psychological theory), in order to become a top level athlete, you must first sort out your life. The lower 3 are basically: Eat well, feel safe, feel connected to people around you. Then you can start building strength and esteem, the second-to-highest tier, and once you reach your goals (provided the pyramid doesn't collapse), you'll finally gain self-actualization and start laughing about everything, like these two.

@@xXAlmdudlerXx whilst Ross was 'in shape' for the swim he actually had to put on alot of mass in order to get through it so he weighed around about 100kg so for him being around 20kg+ lighter now he had quite alot of body fat in order to function on the swim.

Some guys such as runners and cyclists can be skinny but muscular. Similarly Eddie is huge but his body fat at 23% is pretty low for his bodyweight. Ross is an "ideal" body type, low body fat, hight lean muscle mass.

I don't think skipping or not matters at all. Algorithms work in a way that as soon as an ad is buffered and played, KZfaq counts it as viewed by the user. If KZfaq didn't count skipped videos as viewed, nobody would invest money in here, it would be useless. I can guarantee 99% of ads are skipped. I have no idea who came up with the false idea that watching full ads help youtubers. As long as you see those yellow lines in a video, that youtuber is getting paid, skipping ads or not.
