Erich von Daniken’s Chariots of the Gods Podcast Eps 10 - Gregg Braden
Five Times New York Times bestselling author Gregg Braden joins Erich von Daniken to share his views on evolution of human species, and unsolved mysteries of the past.
About Gregg Braden:
Gregg Braden is a five-time New York Times best-selling author, scientist, international educator and renowned as a pioneer in the emerging paradigm based in science, social policy and human potential.
From 1979 to 1991 Gregg worked as a problem solver during times of crisis for Fortune 500 companies, including Cisco Systems, where he became the first Technical Operations Manager in 1991. He continues problem-solving today as his work reveals deep insights into the new human story, and how the discoveries inform the policies of everyday life and the emerging world. To date his research has led to 15 film credits and 12 award-winning books now published in over 40 languages
Gregg is the proud recipient of numerous awards including The Walden Award for New Thought, The Illuminate Award for Conscious Visionaries and he is listed in the United Kingdom’s Watkins Journal among the top 100 of “the world’s most spiritually influential living people” for the 7th consecutive year. He is a nominee for the prestigious Templeton Award, established to honor “outstanding living individuals who have devoted their talents to expanding our vision of human purpose and ultimate reality.”
Gregg is actively involved in visionary organizations and think tanks including the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), The Evolutionary Leadership Organization, The Laszlo Institute of New Paradigm Research and The Arlington Institute. He has presented his discoveries in over 30 countries on six continents and has been invited to speak to The United Nations, Fortune 500 companies and the U. S. military.

Thank you for sharing! I feel like Lloyd Pye's work is a fantastic approximation for a human history. All other primates have 48 chromosomes, but humans have 46 and it is clear the third and fourth had the alleles snipped off and fused back together. This manipulation also caused the 4,000+ genetic diseases we all share including several that kill before sexual maturity, barring the route of traditional transmission. So interesting! Thanks again!!

This meaning that no matter how advanced any attempt to do "God's work" (the Source) couldn't be done without major flaws. Which makes me think if we are the result of some supervisor beings science project left in a place that has routine resets!! Well that's kinda fucked up. And makes all this meaningless like we are just trying to stay as comfortable as possible until the end which will come eventually. Awesome!! Glad I got that off my mind WTF.

I started awakening 3½ years ago, it began when I stumbled upon Graham Hancock, it was only 3 months ago that I'd discovered Enrich Von Däniken, (I know I can't believe how it's taken me over 3 years before finding him?) Out of all the theory's I've listened to some of them over lap, some start out together then suddenly diverge & some start out far apart then gradually converge, however since march 2021 that being the first time I'd listened to Enrich everything he presents I'm in 100% agreement with, These 30 odd minute interviews he does have introduced me to two and now another great third person who's in the field, Once I've posted this I'm going to watch a few Gregg uploads and I'm sure there won't be very much I'll be in disagreement with Gregg either, If anyone reading this could recommend some names I might have missed I'd be very grateful.

I can't prove this, nore have I ever read or heard this. If we were genetically manipulated at several different stages of our development as Mr. Braden asserted.Could genes have been used from different animals at these different stages. Take for example the Chimpanzees. They have a very aggressive war like personally. Which we are suppose to have only about 2% + or --- differences in our Geneome. As well as a whole host of other animals. This is deffently outside the box thinking 🤔
@justinrichard3512

I agree with this^. Whatever was "tweaked" as the researcher stated, was not just tweaked in humans then. Because I can name alot of animals i know experience empathy. Like elephants, dogs, dolphins, whales, some birds, gorillas and monkies, cats, etc. I could go on. So it doesn't make much sense to say that we specifically were tweaked to experience those things and not include animals. I think emotions are just a natural part of brain evolution. But I do acknowledge the crqzy discoveries that have been made that insist there was some kind of interaction with unknown things or beings in the past because it's just impossible for them to have known about the planets and certain small details that we didn't even know until 100 years ago. It's just mind boggling.

The word was “ enhanced” I’ve been all over these topics and I was so deterred by it until the advancement of DNA technology which shined light on these theories once again. No more speculations there’s now a link with parts ancient history and science. Hard facts. Indisputable. I was a Buddhist / Christian until I discovered logic and science. And ironically I rediscovered the believe of god or now higher intelligence through science. knowing the truth tho the restoration of faith is hard because I’m tainted and true forgiveness comes from within ( Christ ) . Tho at least I’m honest with my self, I do have a chance of forgiveness by my conscious. If you listen to him at the start he passively mentioned how he resisted all the corporate interest in search for truth for the human race. I don’t think you’ll get a more honest answer from Gregg Braden and people like Brian Forester. Look more into their works, there’s more meaning to it then just a 40 minute introduction to his life time of work and dedication. Here’s another piece to the puzzle. Where science meets history. Look up “The Sacred Secretion” This science is like.. Sacred Geometry. It’s nonsense until the science prove that it’s all about frequency. And it hold wait cs that’s what Tesla an all that is about. I have no doubt that Frequency technology is the highest form of technology cs it all relates to the manipulation of matter through sound waves. All that is facts

I love Gregg Braden (and the original Ancient Archeologist Von Daniken) but I wish he'd stop saying that humans alone feel compassion and empathy. Animals are just as capable, they also have incredible interspecies relationships which shows compassion and inherent empathy beyond our general experiences. Animals also try to save their injured or vulnerable and have been known to stay at a hospital door or gravesite when a beloved human is taken from them.. Self regulation also occurs in the animal species. Cephalopods color switch with all kinds of signalling responses. Octopuses are still largely unstudied. And any animal who waits for a treat is self regulating...bears hibernating are self regulating I would think. I'd like him to understand that while Humans...and specifically the 6% of the global population who are the true planetary Creation Gods (look at who has invented EVERYTHING USED on Planet Earth)....are remarkable...the animal kingdom is equally noble, majestic and worthy of respect and should be spoken of as our allies and co-habitants.

We live our lives to gather knowledge and pass it on to the next generations. Without truth, no knowledge, and this is the greatest dilemma of mankind until this day. My estimation; only 0.8% of the population over 30 years of age (adults and mature) are interdisciplinarily interested and continue to learn, 99.2% are not. Through reward and punishment, animals are also able to learn "feats" but most people (99.2%) neither understand the difference nor rise from a zoo-like or reserve-like life. We use too little of our brains and are lazy. These are miserable conditions for a civilization that is aware of the fact that one day must leave this planet. We don't respect old people or people who know more than ourselves and this is a tragedy. When you asked on television (many, many years ago): " Would you fly to another planet, would you contact the chickens there?". I have to admit that at first came the shock, then shortly afterwards thought for a moment you were arrogant, but then immediately knew that you were right and since then nothing has changed with us humans.
