@@user-ce3lq6gx1qyou have to strafe, so it means instead of just going forward you have to press A and D and turn your camera from left to right while doing it, it's hard to tell in the comments but if you search "identity hff" and go to the first channel you can find a tutorial for "bunnyhopping" made by him
