Here is a gyro I built, this thing is a huge workout, escpecially for the gut.
I would not recommend drinking any alchohol prior to riding.

Do you sell plans? There are much too expensive from Gyrogym. I am wondering if I could just take the plans to a welder and get one made. Thanks. I am surprised that these are not easier to find and at a lower price.
