If I remember correctly, there's a hidden dead switch on the Motorcycle and further more the keys. Unfortunately the Lady left the dead switch on and the keys inside, thus their predicament.

Yeah about that.....that's clearly the mom's fault. If you don't know the story, the mom killed her husband and other survivors early in the apocalypse because she thought they were weak, she's literally insane. In fact, if you've read TWD comics or seen the TV show, you'd know that (spoilers I guess if you've never indulge in TWD before) That's Alpha and her daughter Lydia, which makes their backstory much more sense to as how the plot unfolded from the current TWD timeline. Whisperers be roaming long before she came along, so that's something.

Nah they wouldn't survive for far too long there because Sasha and Tyresse came from a bunker as well in the main TWD series but left due to the dwindling resources so sooner or later they need to scavenge one way or the other and also there are also humans whose motive is to see is to kill so wouldn't work as well. Sorry ma'am but that's just the way it is. We'll see in the Rick and Michonne spinoff tho if they will appear there. (doubt it but who knows)

@@carlvioleta1030Just bc it happens in a show doesn't make it realistic. A fully supplied, heavily fortified bunker at remote location is by far the best location. You can stay until the food runs out at least. Which should be many years. Idk where she got power from tho.

@@burtan2000 electricity is a resource as well unless they have a generator or solar panels like in Alexandria in the main TWD series but they didn't have one in this anthology series. Although they would encounter Negan/The Governor by the time they scavenge for that one resource so yeah but i agree at what you just said just answering the power one.

In most stories that go into details they have to make up something like “a parasite canibalizes their organs to keep the muscles in good enough shape” or “the virus makes their blood work differently so they don’t bleed out” or “the zombie fungus keeps the body semi alive and not rotting”

Every zombie that eats a person would have an exploded stomach. We can only hold about a milk jug in our belly and it's not digesting once a zombie. That stomach acid would melt the muscle around the spine and leave most zombies crawling after a single big meal.

@@40492800yeah but in the walking dead the virus delays the time for the corpse to rot which extends it to lots of years. This makes it difficult to survive as they would keep piling up. The best way is to have good armor and a rifle that would shred a hoarde as well as create an army.

I love the second story. Clearly, they were meant to save all those people from the zombies, and it was only when they were selfish and thinking only of themselves that the loop repeated. When they sacrificed the valuable gas to save others, even though the tanker still exploded, they didn't die.

bro FR I love zombie genre i love time loops but if i EVER get caught in a timeloop DURING a ZOMBIE outbreak.... Bruh.... Thats all new levels of Hell on Earth. Especially when the premise of most time loops is dying over and over again. Eternal death by zombies? Worse than my worst nightmare. *ALSO HOLY SHIT THIS MEANS THEY ARE THE FIRST PEOPLE TO BE BITTEN BY ZOMBIES AND LIVE TO TELL ABOUT IT!!!!!* Another thing. Most time loop stories the question of "Why them" isn't too hard to reason. It's a supernatural world where you were chosen to experience this anomaly granted to you by your universe, where as of the story we experience is focused around you, the main character, because you are the most interesting thing in the immediate world. But in a world where _zombies_ are the main draw, _and_ the timeloop is happening to (essentially) side characters (since its a spinoff series) that opens the idea of supernatural forces focusing on them during this important day in history.... must have some chronological significance with what their actions ultimately result in. My main theory for these scenarios is a multiversal factor. With every choice results in a branched reality. Simply put, too many realities already 'been there done that' so it kept resetting until it was different enough to justify existing. but due to human free will it takes a few tries. kind of a mix between fate and freewill grinding against a countable infinity.

The book was much, much, MUCH better than the movie. I'd argue, that it's probably among the top five, if not the best (overall) Zombie fiction around. An episodic iteration? That'd be possible perfection. What's great, is that they'll probably do it at some point.
