Aoa sir, nice to see you I've a question tht I've to move London,UK with my dependents on work permit, but one of my dependent is (disabled) his age is approx 18yrs 6 months so age dependent age limit in uk is 18, he'll be consider as dependent........ kindly reply Thanks 😊

I was not completed my study but applied care visa in June and switch my student to skilled visa successfully in nov. We submitted my dependents visa application on 28 aug but biometric done on 21 Nov and still pending. My question is 17th July rules changes is effect to my dependents visas or nothing to worry about it’s just H.O. Delayed. Thanks in advance.🙏🏻🙏🏻

You didn't explain that as we paid 2.5 year fee,and our previous issues are not cleared yet but due to flr we can stay legally for 2.5 years ??

Hi, Thanks for the information. I applied my fee waiver on 10th January 2024, and my visa expired on 22 Feb 2024. I haven't received any reply from HO, can you please suggest? I also wrote a letter to HO, but there is still no reply. I would be thankful to you. Thanks.

Hi Sir, I have recently passed my Resit and successfully completed my course but I am on an FLR visa which I applied like 2 months back and now I am thinking of applying for a PSW visa. I would like to know if my application goes to UKVI with 2 applications in my name, will it be bad on my profile as I have my existing FLR visa and PSW visa which I will be submitting soon. what should I do? Do I have to withdraw my FLR visa first and then apply for a PSW visa or First I need to submit my PSW visa and then withdraw my FLR visa? I am confused about this. Please Advice.

@@mituupatel3751 I guess you should seek a solicitors advice, they can do it better. According to my knowledge, first you need to withdraw the FLR application and apply for PSW visa. And “Yes” I got my PSW visa after providing the CAS number provided by the university and other information. I hope this helps.
