Ehh, not having doms isn't necessarily a sign of bad training but it is pretty good sign that you did good training. You can take anything too far but your trying to break your body down, your body doesn't like that at first.

However.. When you have a stone problem in your kidneys or gallbladder .. You should avoid the extra protein consumption.. Coz your body doesn't digest the protein properly..!! You have to eat more fiber if you want to lose weight and eat less or moderate protein ... Also I don't know if that is another way to protect our gallbladder from completely removing it from the body because of stones in it.. Coz it's very painful I guess.. And if it's not painful you don't worry I guess.. Plz make a video on gallbladder and stone and pain problems!!
