Also there are traders that wander the map/roads and fight the zombies, you can also build a CB radio in your base which has a chance to summon a trader into your base/area for a couple in game days/short period of time, and you can grow potatoes to make gas/fuel.

Love this game, thanks for the content Glock! Just a few tips -You can find gas cans laying next to gas pumps at times and in the back of cars are a few places.(also dont need hose or funnel to siphon gas from pumps specifically) - you can break 1 sheet metal into 2 scrap metal at work bench, then 1 scrap into 10 nails. Also 2 scrap into 1 sheet if needed. - the tactical shotgun holds 8 rounds, of course taking longer to reload. Doesn't seem to do more damage than the pump tho but not sure - you can store pistols in your pockets or bags if needed, along with hammers,knifes,and pipe wrench. Thanks again brotha!

You can get gas from the Gas station with only an empty gas can, as the pump itself is the siphon. Great episode!!

This looks like it could be a fun, less-complex alternative to Project Zomboid. I wanted to get into that game so bad but just couldn't. Everything felt too complex, every simple action I took felt like it took multiple steps, clicks, etc. Probably just me but this looks like a great game to put a few hours into.

Some tips, as of the most recent update, you can siphon gas from gas station fuel pumps without the need of a hose and funnel, just need an empty gas can and be sure to stand as close as you can to the fuel pump or it won't work. And you can turn 1 sheet metal into 2 scrap metal in the workbench. Lastly, any melee weapon breaks down cars, sledge is the best bc it only takes about 6 hits as opposed to 26 hits with a golf club to break a car down. If you see Sparks when hitting the cars you're making progress towards destroying it and getting resources as only the cars with 4 open doors can be broken down.

@glock, you get scrap metal and sheet metal easily from breaking the broken cars around the roads with a sledgehammer, it is also a great way to clear the roads since the cars offer no other loot options and provide another obstacle when driving.

Hey Glock, you can alter the setting in zomboid so it's not so brutally unforgiving. I'm playing with infection off and higher strength and stamina so it's more running around and butt kicking, but the some of the zombies Sprint and it's winter.

I turned the zombies off in Zomboid and just explore the map and hoard all the supplies. EDIT - and yet I still die - mainly from car crashes.

My only complain about this game is that every almost POI is gray. hopefully the devs will update some wall paints on these POI (doesnt need to be look like a newly painted wall) And add some main cities with tall buildings.

Fyi sometimes when you chop cars a random engine part also drops including batteries which are an essential item used at the radio tower which needs replacement every 2-3 airdrops because naturally the power drains out the other parts the electric cable the radio receiver (found in antique shops in city zones)and the circuit board last longer

Awesome series! I am loving this game. btw, in the workbench, you can convert sheet metal to scrap metal and vice versa with no loss. Sheet metal stacks to 4 so i convert mine the sheet metal and store it that way.

IF you search all the gas tanks at the gas station sometimes there are cans there. scrap and sheet metal comes form cars that you can't loot. You hit it with a sledgehammer till it breaks down.

I do like the arcady style of this. I have a mate that plays a zombie game that's like Zombiod mixed with Dwarf Fortress. It's too in depth for me. I like the arcady style of this game.

Im guessing the reason why you're finding so many gold plated DE's is because the loot table is small, im sure once they flesh this game out more, you'll find less of those, and maybe more gas hoses and a gerry cans.

breaking down cars gives you scrap metal. use a sledge hammer or a crow bar and smash until it turns into sheet metal, scrap metal and sometimes a random car part!
