In this video, you'll be introduced to how humans think, learn, and exist emotionally and energetically, as well as how horses think, learn, and exist emotionally and energetically so that you can begin to understand the differences and similarities. You'll learn about the anxiety spectrum for yourself and for your horse, how to establish baselines, and how energetics and emotions come into play in our interactions with our horses.
