Defending units must be activated to counterattack, otherwise they are ineffective. Those who stood statically in defense next to the tanks were literally swept away by the attackers.

This leaves me with one question: What monstrous pc do you have to handle the framerate. Also, I reckon the defenders would've fared better if the tanks simply drove over the attackers while firing.

Suspension of disbelief doesn’t cover it. You need to be a vegetable in a coma on life support in order to not get aggressively annoyed at the lack of tactics in this scenario

The missiles would have been a turning point in this battle. But there destructive power was greatly reduced. An those gatling gun cannons were worthless. Lol

sick fight..my favourite part is ALWAYS the jedi counter attack through multiple different choke points..makes for great viewing!

ICBMs carry nukes, even if they carried conventional explosives they would have thousands of pounds of high explosive. These tiny explosions look more like a small mortar blast. Not realistic in any way.

This is ridiculous. The nukes alone should have finished this battle in the first five minutes.

@Captain Cigar - This simulation is dumb. We would have our missles coming off the rails well before they could reach our shores. The armored divisions first with ground troops behind them. However, if they made it to the shores, they would have been destroyed in mass numbers by well timed missle launches miles out, so 1/2 of this map would have been open field for just missles and mortar to land annihilating enemies in mass numbers. No need to use weak hand weapons until a last stand. However, the open carpet bomb field would finished the enemies before it got to hand to hand combat, or very little needed to clean up stragglers, after our Conventional Weapons of Mass Destruction had left only low numbers to cleanup easily.

So, the tanks cannot move from position, say to run over individuals?
