I live in London, saw the same thing at grenfell. Truly sad. I do believe the highjackers would have been clean shaven (according to martyr doctrine) and probably would have been in disguise anyway. They were from Saudi though, where head gear is frequently worn. Bin laden himself would always wear a form of turbin. I'm not advocating that people who wear turbins are terrorists by the way, just explaining that most people can't make the differation. I actually have always respected Sikhs highly. They have a warrior mindset. Never mess with a Sikh.

My heritage is also from Punjab. My family is mostly Sikh, I’m Christian since I grew up in Europe and adapted to the country’s beliefs that I reside in than believe in my own. JLP is right about Punjabi/Indian families. The boys are treated like girls, while the girls are acting like men. Indians have totally inverted it all. You often see the men living with their parents all of their lives while the women are married off and sent away. The mothers dominate the household and the men are turned into little momma boy children. It’s engrained in the culture to signify that to keep men at home means they are more valuable, and will look after them when they are old. It’s really twisted and stupid. I have zero respect for any man who lives at home with their parents when they are old enough to be on their own doing their own things.

Its a tradition in the punjabi culture to live with parents for keeping the generations coming within order of what was the right way of living and existing. Also as the older generations get older they need looking after as there health starts to go downhill, so the grandparents children step up and help them out. As for saying the boys become like girls is not with every household, majority of my relatives in punjab, india have there households in order so its bullshit its in every household. Since western culture has come into punjab the situation has started to change as there building care homes which were non-existant in india because we looked after our older generation. These care homes and mothers ruin kids as they grow up is a western thing, in the western world is were it all started. The culture of respect, help, friendship etc is dying out because of western influence on the world were as the punjabi culture we held it at its highest point.

I’m pretty conservative in a lot of ways. But after researching the profits gained by American slavery, I do believe that the early success of America was built on black slavery. It wasn’t until slavery was outlawed in the North, that slave labor wasn’t added to monetary profits in the North. Instead they focused on universities, education, trade, manufacturing and business. During this time, slavery was still the highest earnings for American South. So much so that the southern business owners argued against abolishing slavery and even argued that free blacks do worse than enslaved blacks. Once the North proved to southern business (most of them at least) that there are better profits outside of slavery was when abolishing slavery was seriously discussed. Super interesting history of our country, look it up. If you’re American (doesn’t matter the color, creed or religion) then Capitalism, profit, money and hard work is engrained in our DNA.

@@MikeJones69696 I wouldn’t say Jesse is racist, he’s just a major troll for people with liberal/left leaning ideologies. But I would say for the first time Jesse got schooled in a debate/interview. Then again that’s bc this guy was less emotionally triggered as other individuals on his show tend to get lol

How often do you get to hear a conversation like this? Just wonderful. Dude killed it. Humble The Poet needs to do more interviews. He takes a bulldoser to stifling cultural stereotypes. Just goes to prove that behind the different apparel, at bottom we all desire the same things out of life. Dope!

That is just ignorance in play. There are many noticeable differences when it comes to identifying Sikhs. Just like identifying the differences between white Americans, British, European people. As with with African, Eritrean, Somalian, etc As with Chinese, Korean, japanses, etc North Indian, south Indian etc Afghans, Iranians,Iraqis There are visible differences so you can differentiate between people. People choose to be blind and ignorant.
