At 23:02, I agree with you that marksman rifles are snipers. They're just made lighter and smaller caliber for closer encounters. Your marksman are civilian sniper rifles and hunting rifles modified a little for more extreme conditions like the old Remington 870 express shotgun. I use it for duck hunting lol.
