Prophet Muhammad (S) was warm-hearted and friendly and occasionally, he joked with the people around him. Due to his fitrah (nature) he always acted in moderation. His gentleness is also referred to in the Holy Quran: "It was by a mercy from God that, you (O Messenger) were lenient with them. Had you been harsh and hard-hearted, they would surely have scattered away from about you."(Al-i Imran, 3/159).

@@aazibibnzuhair6588 I only mentioned smiling and laughing, nothing about shaking hands with non mahrams, learn to read Anyway smiling to and saying salam to a non mahram is permissible, as long as you don't overstep the boundaries

Alhamdullillah brother. Humor is the medicine that warms the heart. And since Allah laughed and the Rasoollallah Walayhi Wasallam laughed, we should all laugh. Allah loves it when his servants laugh and are happy. Consider, why would our Lord ever want to see us in a state of unhappiness or sadness? God is the creator of all things, which includes laughter, smiling, and being happy. Be happy everyone.

Mu’awiyyah ibn Haydah reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Woe to one who tells lies to make people laugh. Woe to him! Woe to him!” Source: Sunan Abī Dāwūd 4990 Grade: Hasan (fair) according to Al-Arna’ut عَنْ معاوية ابن حيدة قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَيْلٌ لِلَّذِي يُحَدِّثُ فَيَكْذِبُ لِيُضْحِكَ بِهِ الْقَوْمَ وَيْلٌ لَهُ وَيْلٌ لَهُ 4990 سنن أبي داود كتاب الأدب باب في التشديد في الكذب 7/342 المحدث شعيب الأرناؤوط خلاصة حكم المحدث إسناده حسن في تخريج سنن أبي داود
