Great video ! for the plywood top that you added maybe change it out for 1/4” thick plywood and then Allen head flush mount screws so they won’t rub against the top vinyl / cloth material

Put some insulation up there and fiberglass the top to make it hard!

As someone who has survived a rollover in an H1, I highly recommend upgrading the pillars on your truck to a rollbar setup. Your head will thank you if the unspeakable happens...

Those are hard to find. A few guys in wasilla have bought some trucks from auction recently but most of them are two man trucks.

So parts are hard to find. This is new old stock and a variety of sourced locations. I’ve been sitting on the parts for a while and in the process of relocation from Illinois to Alaska. I’ve sourced parts from Midwest military equipment, Mac motors, Amazon, and eBay. I’ve also picked up items from Craigslist and market place.

How cold was it driving?

That day was single digits and -0 with windchill. The heater worked great. I am uploading a new video right now. Took it to the Jim creek Knik glacier trail. Was about 35 yesterday. Plenty warm. The engine fan clutch only kicked on once.
